Food
- Amy will find out from DAKA Joe about the Cotton Candy machine
- Other than Cotton Candy, DAKA is all set
- Bracelets/Stamps/Stickers? Which is cheapest?
Gong Show
The Gong Show people have announced that they have a gong. They are also
asking professors to be judges.
Treasure/Scavenger Hunt
Almost done! We are planning to make the scavenger hunt the final event
of the day. When groups think they have solved the "puzzle," they will
come to the Quad and get a numbered card. At the end of Quadfest, they
will have the opportunity to open the chest. It will run from 6pm until
the end of the Gong Show with 3-4 person groups and 1 question sheet per
group. Cheating is not allowed!
Miscellaneous Stuff
- Kirsty is working on the Quad layout!
- The pie eating contest will be under the Harrington hangover thingy
at times to be determined (2:30pm?). Can Quadfest cover 25% of the cost?
- Sandart, Airbrush, etc. will be ALL DAY LONG!
- Fencing Demo? 7-8pm on a brick walkway on the quad?
- Dinner will be served 5-6:30pm
- Peer Education --> Condom Olympics idea came up... When? Where?
- Fireworks to end Quadfest? How much $$? They would be on the
baseball field.
- The Pub committee will stay out overnight Friday/Saturday to keep an
eye on equipment.
- Crews are needed for publicity and the movie. The movie will be
shown in Perreault Hall at 6pm, 8pm, and 10pm. ADMISSION IS FREE!
