Call to order
The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm.

We're opening this up to the entire campus. Anyone may submit ideas for a
Mardi Gras shirt design, logo, and/or slogan. So, if you have any ideas
for any of the above, please submit them to: Craig Hansen, WPI Box 2090

The meeting was adjourned at 6:25pm. The sub-chairs met with the chairs
to discuss some things...
Leanne Stackpole and Renee Charpentier are the Publicity Sub-chairs.
Joshua Cloutier is the event Sub-chair.
Publicity for Quadfest will begin in D-term, beginning with
publicizing our meetings. About two weeks into D-term, we will start to
publicize specific events for Quadfest. Publicity materials will be
provided by the Social Committee.
We will be sending invitations to the Trustees, Cabinet, Faculty,
Administration, and Staff members so they can take part in Quadfest.
We also need to call about a tent rental, DAKA, Campus Police, and
In an effort to get Lens and
Lights more actively involved in Quadfest (rather than just provide
equipment), we were thinking of asking them to make popcorn during the
Quadfest 6 - Return to the Quadfest page.
