Event Placement and Scheduling Group (EPSG)
Josh volunteered to head this group, with barlow and Steven Kaldeck
helping. This group will be responsible for scheduling everything that
happens with Quadfest, and for determining where the best place for all
the events will be.
Other stuff...
Jony and Josh will be looking into the Kareoke idea.
WWPI wants prizes. We will coordinate this with our prize purchases.
Midway people were thinking of giving away beads, as well as raffle
tickets for the night time prizes.
We're trying to incorporate the Alden concert into Quadfest. Events
on the Quad from Noon-6pm, Tech Smash from 6pm-6:30pm, concert in Alden
from 6:30pm-8pm, concert in Harrington from 8pm-1am.
